PSC’s Financial skill Training for the Settlement Office Accountants Concludes

ATWS Dharamsala, June 16, 2023 : The eleven-day financial skill Training for the Settlement Office Accountants successfully concluded today with an informal closing ceremony in Trisong Hall of Administrative Training and Welfare Society, Dharamsala.
The session was presided over by Public Service Commission Secretary, Mrs. Tsering Yangkyi and the trainers. The session included Participants’ experience sharing followed by certificate distribution.
During their experience-sharing session, the participants shared that the workshop was helpful and relevant to their day-to-day work and also commended the effective teaching by the trainers during the training.
The Public Service Commission Secretary, Mrs. Tsering Yangkyi in her closing remark, applauded the participants for their work at the settlement level with direct involvement in public affairs and encouraged them to continue with their work for one’s community in view of the gratitude that every Tibetan owes to the champion leader, His Holiness the Dalai Lama. She acknowledged that Settlement level staff face several challenges with their multiple roles. However, at the same time, these very challenges are learning experiences for self-growth and opportunities to accumulate merit in the lifespan of a civil servant if accepted positively. Further, she added that PSC is happy about the participants finding the workshop useful and assured to organize more of such kind in the future.
Participants were then distributed certificates in an unconventional mutual exchange manner to build new and better connections amongst themselves for efficient communication and coordination at work in future as a reliable source said. The event ended with a farewell feast.
