10th Annual General Body Meeting of Administrative Training and Welfare Society held in Dharamsala

ATWS Dharamsala, March 31st, 2025: The Administrative Training and Welfare Society, Dharamsala, convened its 10th Annual General Body Meeting at the ATWS Conference Hall this morning, as being held every year since its inception in 2017.
The existing thirteen members of the ATWS attended the Meeting under the chairmanship of its president, Mrs. Gyari Dolma la.
The Secretary of the ATWS, Mrs. Tsering Chonzom la, began the Meeting with a welcome address.
During the Meeting, there were presentations on the Audited Financial statement of the previous year, FY 2023-2024, and the Annual Report of ATWS for the current year, FY 2024-2025.
The members also read through the details of the estimated receipt and expenditure of ATWS for the coming financial year 2025-2026 and unanimously approved the proposed budget of ATWS for the year 2025-2026.
The Meeting then concluded with the Chairman’s closing remarks for future follow-ups.
Preceding this Meeting, ATWS convened its 9th General Body Meeting, a Special General Meeting in November 2024 to elect afresh the Governing Body members who had already completed the three years term of the Governing Body.
