ATWS Dharamsala, 11th April, 2025: The 16th Kashag of the Central Tibetan Administration convened the 7th Permanent Strategy Committee meeting at the Administrative Training and Welfare Society in Dharamshala from 9^th to 11^th April, 2025.ATWS facilitated the Meeting with venue and service facilities.

The three-day meeting was chaired by Sikyong, Mr. Penpa Tsering la and attended by all the committee members, including Kalon, Mrs. Dolma Gyari la, (Department of Security), Kalon, Mrs. Norzin Dolma la, (Department of Information and International Relations), former Kalon Mr. Tempa Tsering la, former envoy of His Holiness the Dalai Lama Mr. Kelsang Gyaltsen la, Secretary of the Gaden Phodrang Office Mr. Ngaba Tsegyam la and the committee’s members: Political Secretary Mr. Tashi Gyatso la of the Kashag Secretariat, Secretary Mr. Karma Rinchen la (Department of Security), Secretary Mr. Karma Choeying la (Department of Information and International Relations), and Secretary Mr. Dawa Tsering la (Tibet Policy Institute).
